In the middle of this stressful pandemic lockdown mode, we were two humans, connecting for the first time, talking about our families and friends and fears and...yes...our shared common values. We are not the same age, we don't live in the same part of the world, we have very different demographics in all kinds of ways, but we quickly found similar values and formed a bond.

This is how the whole world should work.  And now it can. We can use shared values to create the intensity of a one-on-one connection with entire target audiences, and make shared values central to decision making of all kinds.  That's Values Thinking in a nutshell.
