My keynote at MPI's COVID-safe World Education Congress in Texas triggered an almost immediate response on LinkedIn.

Halfway around the world, a senior industry leader wrote to tell us that he had shifted his company focus from one magnetic value to another in recent years. He had shifted from focusing entirely on Experiences, to Community. These are very different values, and will inevitably appeal to very different people.
